Finance Specialist - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This position will play a key role in building solid financial processes, internal controls, budget management, and providing data-driven insights to support business decision-making. ● Additionally, the professional will prepare reporting packages and act as a technical bridge between the Brazilian operation and the Asian headquarters, ensuring alignment with global guidelines. ●We are looking for a hands-on, highly analytical, and resilient professional with the ability to perform in fast-growing, dynamic, and highly regulated environmentLocation: Onsite in São Paulo/SLanguage: Advanced or fluent English (mandatory)Requirement: Previous experience in the iGaming industry is requireKEY RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Operations: Support and execute accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and internal control activities. ●Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Brazilian legislation (LBR, SEFEL, and other gaming and betting regulatory authorities) and international standards (IFRS). ●Processes & Reporting: Standardize financial routines, build weekly, monthly, and annual budgets, and develop performance reports covering metrics such as GGR, NGR, deposits, and player activity. ●Strategic Analysis: Support commercial decision-making through ROI analysis, campaign feasibility studies, and product launch evaluations. ●Global Interface: Prepare financial reports, KPIs, and expansion data packages to be delivered to the board in Asia. ●Technology & Tools: Assist in implementing digital financial systems (payment gateways, wallets, KYC/AML processes) and monitor daily/weekly liquidity. ●Partnerships: Manage relationships and operations with local banks, payment providers, game providers, and third-party partners (accounting and tax firms). ●WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. ●Background: Previous experience working within the iGaming industry in regulated environments. ●Experience: 3+ years of experience in Specialist or Senior Analyst positions within multinational, fintech, or digital environments. ●Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of BR GAAP, IFRS, cross-border operations, and reporting to international headquarters. ●Languages: Advanced or fluent English is mandatory for daily communication with global stakeholders. ●Profile: Hands-on and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to structure processes from scratch in high-growth environments. ●NICE TO HAVE:Familiarity with digital financial operations such as chargebacks, anti-fraud systems, and payment platforms. ●Experience working with Asian companies and managing stakeholders across different time zones. ●.
