Spare Parts Specialist (Brazil) - Detalhes da Vaga. ● The role also requires occasional business trips to other countries in the Americas as needed. ●ResponsibilitiesResponsible for aftermarket product sales and inventory management within the territory, and ensure adequate stock reserves for aftermarket products. ●Develop and maintain local sales channels, collaborate with agents at all levels to regulate the pricing system, and maintain a healthy and orderly business environment in the region. ●Develop parts reserve plans for the Brazilian subsidiary and execute daily inventory management. ●Collect and report information on counterfeit products in the territory, and coordinate with relevant departments to purify the market. ●Maintain relationships with key customers through regular visits and communication, and coordinate/plan market promotion and brand awareness activities within the territory. ●Organize and deliver aftermarket-related training sessions according to targets and provide supporting documentation. ●Research and collect local market intelligence, track competitor activities, new product information, and industry marketing strategies. ●Comply with work arrangements, complete temporary tasks assigned by the company, and be dispatched to other countries as required. ●Embrace Weichai’s corporate culture, comply with company management policies, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors. ●Skills & CompetenciesSolid expertise in engines and spare parts, familiar with part types, applicable models and service scenarios. ●Proactive self-starter, capable of quickly mastering parts import, sales, warehousing procedures and local market regulations. ●Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish; candidates with good command of English are preferred. ●Excellent business communication and negotiation skills for client liaison, channel maintenance and business negotiation. ●Adaptable to cross-cultural working environment and irregular business travel. ●RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, majored in Machinery, Vehicle Engineering or Marketing is preferred. ●Eager to learn and committed to continuous professional improvement. ●Well-versed in engine part categories and specifications, able to grasp full-range product portfolio efficiently. ●Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish; proficiency in English is preferred. ●Willing to travel irregularly and recognize Weichai’s corporate culture and values. ●Over 3 years of working experience in engine, warehouse management or overseas marketing. ● Experience in renowned power brands is preferred. ●.
