Planejar e executar estratégias de conteúdo com foco em geração de demanda em tempo real
Criar roteiros e ideias com base em copywriting e gatilhos de atenção
Captar conteúdos no dia a dia (bastidores, rotina, momentos estratégicos)
Acompanhar o CEO e a operação para gerar conteúdo real e relevante
Editar vídeos (Reels, Stories, criativos) com velocidade e senso estético
Produzir e adaptar criativos com foco em performance (não só estética)
Identificar oportunidades de conteúdo que gerem engajamento, autoridade e vendas
Participar ativamente da construção de narrativas da marca pessoal O QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ

Conhecimento em copywriting e storytelling
Domínio de edição de vídeo
Capacidade de pensar conteúdo com foco em resultado (lead, venda, percepção de marca)

Organização e velocidade de execução DIFERENCIAL (VAI TE DESTACAR MUITO)
Já ter trabalhado com marcas pessoais ou creators
