• Plan, coordinate, and oversee technical support activities for cutting tools in the Brazilian market. ●
• Manage technical requests from customers, distributors, and the sales team, ensuring prompt responses and effective solutions. ●2. ● Machining Solutions and On-Site Support
• Analyze customers’ machining conditions and operational needs, and recommend suitable cutting tools, machining parameters, and optimization solutions. ●
• Plan and follow up on cutting trials, technical evaluations, and product demonstrations at customer sites. ●
• Support strategic customers and projects, with the objective of improving productivity and quality while reducing machining costs. ●3. ● Product Application
• Collect and analyze application data, test results, customer requirements, and market feedback. ●4. ● Technical Complaints and After-Sales Support
• Coordinate the analysis, handling, and follow-up of customer complaints and technical issues. ●
• Investigate tool failures, performance issues, and machining abnormalities, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions. ●
• Follow up on the implementation of solutions until each case is fully resolved. ●5. ● Technical Training and Development
• Deliver technical training to distributors, end users, the sales team, and application engineers. ●
• Provide guidance and support the development of the local technical team, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices. ●
• Prepare technical reports, case studies, and market and competitor analyses to support business decision-making. ●Minimum Requirements
• At least 5 years of proven experience in application engineering, technical services, technical support, or a similar role within the cutting tools or machining industry. ●
• Experience coordinating technical projects, field activities, or technical support teams. ●
• Strong knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, tool selection, and manufacturing processes. ●
• Native or equivalent professional proficiency in Portuguese is required. ●
• Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication with international teams. ●
