Partner with the best As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading operational activities associated with service agreements and customer orders, ensuring the efficient execution of processes related to production, assembly, delivery, repair services, logistics, and resource management. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, support strategic planning initiatives, and ensure customer expectations are met safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating personnel, equipment, materials, and resources to achieve operational goals safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
• Leading and supporting day-to-day operational activities across the service organization.
• Developing, coordinating, and executing production and service delivery plans.
• Ensuring effective shift-to-shift communication and operational continuity.
• Implementing and maintaining operational and process controls to improve performance and consistency.
• Supporting operations leadership in workforce planning, equipment allocation, and resource management strategies.
• Developing annual departmental plans aligned with business objectives.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, procedures, and ways of working.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational and business goals.
• Communicating effectively across multiple organizational levels and functions.
• Presenting operational updates, technical information, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
• Managing customer expectations while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and service agreements.
• Supporting site operations, material management, logistics, warehouse activities, and service execution as required.
• Ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes quality, operational, and HSE standards.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a High School Diploma/GED with significant relevant experience in Services.
• Have advanced English communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Have professional experience in General Operations Support, Services, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related operational environments.
• Demonstrate experience coordinating resources, personnel, and operational activities.
• Have experience managing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Possess strong organizational and planning skills.
• Availability to travel up to 20% of the time. 

Desirable

• Experience in industrial services, manufacturing operations, repair services, or supply chain environments.
• Have intermediate Spanish communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Experience leading operational teams in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of production planning, logistics, warehouse management, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience presenting business and operational information to senior leadership.
• Experience managing customer-facing operations and service agreements.
