Human Resources Business Partner - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Your goal is simple but vital: create a "positive ecosystem" where zero production loss occurs due to ER issues, and every employee feels aligned with the Royal Enfield values. ●Responsibilities- Ensure all HR records and documents of the employees are maintained and updated- Roll out relevant induction programs for new joiners- Ensure completion of performance management activities of the PMS on time in collaboration with executive rewards and performance management- Identify training needs for employees and enable the learning and development initiatives, and create suitable L & D plan- Drive strategic local talent attraction initiatives to strengthen Royal Enfield''s employer Brand in the talent market, and build a sustainable talent pipeline, utilising social media such as linked in, local jobs boards, and building relationships, working with agencies. ●- Assist with resolving employee relations issues and address grievances- Develop initiatives to promote employee well-being and to increase employee engagement- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. ● Promote diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture aligned with RE values- Ensure adherence to all applicable statutory and labour laws of the unit and compliance with all relevant statutes- Drive uninterrupted Business delivery by creating a positive ecosystem and ensuring no production loss due to Employee Relations issues- Monitor and ensure zero deviation in attendance & payroll process, successful implementation of Digitization and HR projects- Maintain harmonious industrial relations and ensure zero productivity loss due to IR issuesWho you are?
