The Role

As a Solution Support Associate, you troubleshoot and solve incoming customer problems that are reported online through various industry-leading channels within SAP Data & Platform (D&P), Core Platform Services. This role regularly involves liaising with development teams, utilizing teamwork, knowledge databases, problem simulation, and remote work on customer systems to resolve interesting and complex issues across both Cloud and On-Premise solutions, while achieving excellent customer satisfaction and experience.

Cross-Team Collaboration

In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple SAP product and development teams to resolve complex cross-product issues. This includes working with LOB DevOps teams, the Development team, and the DCC team on monitored and proactive support cases. You will also coordinate with product areas such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP BDC, Joule in a Box, AI Assistants, and Ariba NEXUS — ensuring end-to-end resolution for provisioning, landscape, and integration scenarios that span multiple solutions.

Responsibilities

· Investigate, analyze complex, real world, unique problems; and resolve critical system issues By thinking independently and applying effective problem-solving skills.

· Technical problem solving & debugging.

· Recommend known technical solutions and develop workarounds for corrective action.

· Properly document communications and actions for customer issues in our CRM system.

· Use SAP and third-party tools to diagnose problems directly on customer systems.

· Participate in Weekend shifts as scheduled.

· Master SAP software that is being used by industries, governments, and multinational companies.

· Support escalation management by helping coordinate critical customer situations and driving resolution.

· Analyze and investigate critical customer issues to identify root causes and provide timely solutions.

· Participate in customer calls and bridge calls to provide real-time technical support and guidance.

· Provide real-time chat support to customers, ensuring fast response and high-quality assistance.

What you bring

· University degree or College diploma program in Computer Science, Business, Technology, or Mathematics is a plus. We encourage candidates and fresh graduates from all academic backgrounds to apply.

· Strong IT affinity is a must to assess, research, and troubleshoot while collecting information about customer issues.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· High proficiency in English (spoken, written and customer management).

· Having programming skills is preferred.

· High level of analytical skills.

· Open and professional communication style.

· Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly.

· Enjoy and derive satisfaction from direct interfacing with customers.
