Estamos buscando um(a) Site Manager para liderar uma operação industrial relevante no segmento automotivo, em forte fase de crescimento e transformação.
Você será responsável pela gestão da operação da planta, liderando um time robusto e garantindo excelência em: Segurança, Qualidade, Produtividade, Custos e eficiência operacional.
O ambiente é altamente técnico, com forte rigor em processos, exigindo proximidade com o chão de fábrica e tomada de decisão baseada em dados.
Principais responsabilidades
- Liderar a operação industrial (áreas: produção, qualidade e engenharia de processos) e desenvolvimento do time
- Garantir alta performance produtiva e qualidade (padrão automotivo)
- Conduzir iniciativas de melhoria contínua e eficiência
- Gerenciar KPIs como produtividade, custos, utilização e perdas
- Atuar de forma integrada com áreas globais e stakeholders internos
Requisitos
- Experiência sólida em gestão industrial
- Vivência obrigatória na indústria automotiva
- Forte presença em operação (chão de fábrica)
- Experiência com gestão de times complexos
- Inglês Avançado/fluente
- Alta capacidade de navegar em ambientes dinâmicos e sob pressão
