Site Payment Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic associate interested in supporting clinical trials and payments activities, to join our FSP team. Job Overview You will be responsible for the execution of the end-to-end investigator/site payment process and perform as the PoC for business partners, study team and other stakeholders for questions and issues related to Clinical trial payments, supporting sites in the US and Canada region. Essential Functions • Create and maintain PO Estimator (POE) calculation. • Manage PO creation, maintenance and closure. • Create, maintain, and close-out site-specific purchase requisitions in the local systems, utilizing the study-specific PO calculator, CTAs and CTMS for applicable countries. • Run timely subject visit completion reports and enter data into CTMS. • Generate payments through CTMS, where applicable, and enter invoices into CTMS upon receipt to process ad-hoc payments. • Create and send payment notifications and/or reminders to sites and study teams to ensure timely payment. • Complete any RFI (request for invoice) and mismatches in a timely manner to avoid any business disruption. • Answer queries, questions and issue resolution with sites and study teams in a timely manner. • Rectify failed payments, as appropriate, for purchase requisitions. Education and Experience Requirements • Graduated - Bachelor’s degree in appropriate scientific or business disciplines. • Excellent oral & written communication in

English (advance level). • 1-3 years of experience and/or equivalent competencies in pharmaceutical industry/clinical research. • Previous experience with clinical payment processing and systems is preferable. • Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams. • Strong and proven analytical and problem resolution skills. • Working knowledge of PCs (MS Office suite at a minimum). • Must demonstrate innovative spirit and ability to accomplish substantial tasks with minimal supervision. • Good written and oral communication skills as appropriate. • Home based role.
