Director, Enterprise Team HR Leader, Brazil

Director leading Enterprise Team HR operations for Brazil, reporting to the Americas AVP. This role translates enterprise human capital priorities into coordinated local actions, integrating across the HR operating model while maintaining market expertise and strategic execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead ETHR Brazil team, balance resources across divisions, and manage team performance and development
- Partner with organization and talent partners to execute priority talent, culture, and organizational strategies
- Coach leaders and managers on complex performance management, talent retention, and organizational design challenges
- Represent enterprise HR on country leadership team, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Drive simplification and standardization of HR solutions across sites while maintaining local expertise and coverage
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading HR teams with strong people management capabilities
- Deep knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, compliance requirements, and market conditions
- Proven ability to execute talent strategies and organizational initiatives at enterprise scale
- Strong stakeholder management and credibility with senior divisional leaders
- Experience diagnosing complex HR problems and providing expert judgment on employee relations
- Ability to balance enterprise consistency with local responsiveness and divisional needs
