It Recruiter - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This is a fully remote contractor role. ● The main focus of this role will be identifying, engaging, and managing candidates for a variety of technology positions while partnering closely with hiring teams to ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment process. ●Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles across multiple countries. ●- Source and engage qualified candidates through, job boards, and professional networks. ●- Conduct candidate screenings to assess technical background, communication skills, and overall fit. ●- Coordinate interview processes and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders. ●- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. ●- Partner with internal teams to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience. ●Requirements- Proven experience recruiting IT and technology profiles. ●- Solid experience hiring for roles such as Salesforce, Java, Golang, DevOps, Data Science, AI, or similar technical positions. ●- Strong sourcing skills and experience recruiting across Latin America. ●- Advanced English (both written and spoken). ●- Ability to work autonomously in a remote contractor setup and manage multiple processes simultaneously. ●This is a great opportunity for recruiters who enjoy working in dynamic environments and collaborating with global technology teams to attract top talent across the region. ●.
