Work model: Hybrid (3 days per week on‑site in São Paulo)

Responsabilidades e atribuições

We are looking for a Senior SAP O2C (SD) Consultant with a strong background in SAP SD, combined with business consulting and analytical capabilities. This professional will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, driving end‑to‑end O2C processes and supporting business transformation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA O2C solutions, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical SAP solutions
• Configure SAP SD in ECC and S/4HANA environments
• Ensure integration between SD, FI, MM, and logistics operations
• Act as a key liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and IT teams
• Optimize order processing and improve performance using S/4HANA capabilities
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to business and IT leadership

Requisitos e qualificações

Mandatory:

• Senior experience with SAP SD (ECC and S/4HANA)
• Strong experience with Pricing, Billing, Sales Order Processing, and Credit Management
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments
• Experience in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Fluent English

Business & Consulting Skills:

• Experience as a Business Consultant or Business Analyst in SAP transformation programs
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
• Experience working with US-based clients or global teams (strong differentiator)
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in global SAP programs
• Experience in multicultural environments

Work Model & Conditions

• Hybrid model: 3 days per week on‑site in São Paulo
• Contract type: Independent Contractor
• Monthly compensation in USD
• Initial onboarding may require higher on‑site presence
