What your day-to-day will look like

• Manage bank balances, statements, and daily reconciliations.
• Process payments and execute high-value transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain daily cash flow updates and support month-end closing activities.
• Analyze financial variances and resolve settlement exceptions.
• Manage end-to-end settlement operations and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Act as the primary operational contact for banking partners.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, driving automation and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing operational documentation.
• Lead initiatives to standardize processes, reduce manual work, and improve operational stability.

What you need to shine in this role

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and participate in business meetings.
• Strong theoretical and hands-on experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, or related areas.
• Experience contributing to medium-complexity projects, including planning, execution, and progress tracking.
• Proficiency in analytical and data modeling tools to generate business insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Ability to independently extract, analyze, and interpret data.
• Experience with Alteryx for data automation and analytics.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
