Ocm (Organisational Change Management) Lead - Detalhes da Vaga. ● The OCM Lead will be accountable for the timely and high-quality execution of the OCM methodology and deliverables, ensuring activities remain aligned to the overall programme roadmap. ● The role will work closely with country teams, the Americas Regional OCM team and the Global OCM team. ●Key Responsibilities- Lead OCM delivery across the ACC region, with a strong focus on Brazil. ●- Ensure the timely and quality execution of OCM methodology and deliverables. ●- Develop and maintain the OCM plan, aligned with programme timelines and key milestones. ●- Provide weekly status updates on OCM deliverables and progress against the roadmap. ●. ●- Support individual countries in identifying and mitigating local change risks. ●- Work closely with the Regional OCM team and Global OCM team to ensure alignment and consistency. ●Experience & Skills- Experience in change management, organisational change and/or business transformation. ●- Proven experience leading OCM activities within an ERP implementation or transformation programme. ●- Strong experience developing and managing OCM plans, deliverables and risks. ●- Experience working within regional and global transformation programmes. ●- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. ●- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced programme environment. ●.
