Wanted: Head Of Liquidity Latam - Detalhes da Vaga. ● As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced liquidity professional to lead and enhance their global liquidity capabilities. ●Role OverviewThis leadership role is responsible for overseeing liquidity strategy across digital asset and FX markets in LATAM, ensuring efficient market access, strong execution quality, and robust liquidity coverage across trading products. ● The successful candidate will work closely with Trading, Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, and Technology teams to support the firm''s institutional trading business. ● We cover stablecoins, on/off ramp and cross-border payments as well. ● Candidates with relevant experiences will be prioritized. ●Key ResponsibilitiesLiquidity ManagementDevelop and execute the firm''s liquidity strategy across digital asset and FX-related markets. ●Source, onboard, and manage relationships with liquidity providers, market makers, brokers, exchanges, and banking partners. ●Monitor liquidity quality, market depth, pricing competitiveness, and venue performance. ●Ensure sufficient liquidity coverage across supported products and trading activities. ●FX & Trading OperationsOversee liquidity and execution across FX and digital asset trading flows. ●Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to improve execution performance and pricing. ●Analyze trading activity, transaction costs, spreads, and execution metrics. ●Partner with trading and treasury teams to optimize execution workflows and market access. ●Counterparty & Vendor ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with key liquidity providers and institutional counterparties. ●Support commercial negotiations, fee discussions, and service-level reviews. ●Conduct ongoing assessments and due diligence of trading venues and liquidity partners. ●Risk & GovernanceWork closely with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure appropriate controls and oversight. ●Monitor counterparty, settlement, and liquidity-related risks. ●Support contingency planning and business continuity measures during periods of market stress. ●Leadership & Stakeholder EngagementLead and develop the liquidity function. ●Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Trading, Treasury, Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams. ●Provide management reporting on liquidity performance, market developments, and strategic initiatives. ●RequirementsSignificant experience in liquidity management, electronic trading, FX trading, market structure, market making, brokerage, or institutional trading environments. ●Experience sourcing, evaluating, and managing relationships with liquidity providers, brokers, market makers, exchanges, and banking partners. ●Strong understanding of FX and/or digital asset liquidity ecosystems and execution practices. ●Ability to analyze execution quality, transaction costs, and liquidity performance metrics. ●Commercially minded with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. ●Experience working within regulated financial services environments. ●Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management capabilities. ●.
