Transmission Engineer

Transmission Engineer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role will be responsible for supporting the analysis, design, and execution of overhead transmission line projects for utility and energy clients. ●The ideal candidate will have experience in transmission line design, power systems, and engineering project delivery, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ●This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the successful delivery of critical power infrastructure projects. ●Key Responsibilities- Perform and coordinate transmission line engineering activities for new and existing overhead transmission projects. ●- Complete engineering analysis, calculations, and design work associated with transmission line systems. ●- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, customers, and project teams. ●- Review project requirements and specifications and recommend design improvements when necessary. ●- Solve complex engineering challenges related to transmission line design and construction. ●- Prepare technical reports, analyses, calculations, and presentations. ●- Perform and oversee transmission line calculations, including:- Sag-tension analysis- Wire blowout calculations- Swing angle analysis- Damper recommendations- Conductor and wire selection- Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project schedules and deadlines. ●- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project management teams to ensure successful project execution. ●- Travel occasionally to customer sites to support project meetings, technical presentations, and project development activities. ●Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with an emphasis in Power Systems. ●- Experience working on utility, transmission, or power infrastructure projects. ●- Familiarity with transmission line design software such as:- PLS-CADD- SAG10- ETAP- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ●- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. ●What We''re Looking For- Self-motivated and results-driven professional. ●- Strong organizational and time management skills. ●- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines. ●- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy. ●- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. ●- Continuous learner with a passion for professional growth and development. ●- Team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. ●Apply TodayIf you are passionate about power systems, transmission engineering, and delivering innovative solutions for critical infrastructure projects, we would love to hear from you. ●.
