Country Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Market Growth & Business Ownership- Own business growth and key market performance for the region, with clear accountability for business outcomes and growth metrics. ●- Analyze market performance, user behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic insights to global teams. ●2. ●User Growth & Market Development- Build the local market from 0 to 1 by developing scalable user acquisition and growth programs. ●- Drive organic user acquisition through localized social media, KOLs, creator programs, online communities, partnerships, and other community-led initiatives. ●- Increase Tripo''s local presence, ecosystem penetration, and user touchpoints across both online and offline channels. ●3. ●Creator Ecosystem & Community- Recruit, engage, and retain creators, studios, agencies, and other ecosystem partners. ●- Design creator programs, incentive systems, and community initiatives that strengthen long-term engagement and ecosystem growth. ●- Develop a deep understanding of creator workflows and translate creator feedback into product improvements and business opportunities. ●4. ●Partnerships & Ecosystem Development- Build strategic relationships with KOLs, creator communities, educational institutions, media, industry organizations, and ecosystem partners. ●- Expand Tripo''s presence within the local creative, AI, and 3D ecosystem through long-term partnerships. ●- Identify partnership opportunities that accelerate user growth and long-term ecosystem development. ●5. ●Localization & Brand Presence- Localize messaging, campaigns, and content to better resonate with local creators and users. ●- Manage regional social channels and collaborate with the global marketing team on localized campaigns and paid creative assets. ●- Represent Tripo at conferences, workshops, meetups, creator events, and other industry activities6. ●Cross-functional Leadership- Serve as the bridge between local users and global Product, Marketing, Growth, and Operations teams. ●- Deliver structured market reporting and recommendations to help shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. ●Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in market operations, growth, business development, community, or ecosystem development, preferably in AI, SaaS, gaming, 3D, developer tools, or the creator economy. ●- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for business performance and measurable market growth. ●- Proven experience building markets from 0 to 1 and driving user growth through social media, KOLs, creator communities, partnerships, and other organic growth channels. ●- Deep understanding of local markets, creator ecosystems, and community operations. ●- Good understanding of both consumer (B2C) growth and small business (SMB) customer acquisition and engagement. ●- Data-driven, strategic, and capable of turning insights into actionable business initiatives. ●- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; bilingual or multilingual candidates are preferred. ●- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable operating in ambiguityfrom strategy to execution, from growth initiatives to event logistics. ●.
