Head Of Operations - Detalhes da Vaga. ● In this role, you''ll define the operating model, set the growth strategy across partner segments, and build the organization required to expand into new markets. ● You''ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to drive platform scalability, while leading the shift toward AI-enabled, product-driven operations. ● Responsibilities Onboarding & Funnel Strategy: Define the vision and operational model for the Inbound merchant funnel (registration to first order), ensuring "same day, zero-backlog" processing capacity. ● Incubation & Cold Start: Design tiered incubation paths and "cold start" strategies to accelerate time-to-value and maximize 90-day merchant activity rates. ● Retention & Ecosystem Health: Establish predictive merchant health models, design churn-prevention frameworks, and drive platform stickiness through targeted incentives. ● Platform Productization: Partner with Product and Engineering to automate manual workflows into high-leverage, self-service merchant tools. ● Team Leadership: Build, scale, and mentor a world-class operations organization, establishing KPIs and playbooks designed for rapid expansion. ● AI Transformation: Drive the strategic adoption of AI (LLMs, automation) within operational workflows to scale efficiency and data analysis. ● Qualifications 10+ years of experience in platform operations, marketplace management, or partner growth, with a focus on mid-to-long-tail merchant ecosystems. ● Proven track record building and leading large operational teams (managing managers) across multiple geographies. ● Strong data-driven DNA: expert ability to architect and break down complex growth metrics. ● Experience driving product-operations partnerships at a senior leadership level. ● Visionary approach to AI: ability to implement AI tools at an organizational level. ● Fluent English communication is required. ● .
