Who We’re Looking For

A hands-on L&D professional with 7+ years of experience in training delivery and facilitation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can drive training initiatives independently with minimal oversight, and bring energy to training sessions through engaging methods like gamification. You’re fluent in English and Portuguese — both are must-haves.

What You’ll Do

Design and deliver training programs across onboarding, field immersion, and ongoing employee development Facilitate sessions using interactive and engaging methods — think gamification, role-plays, and scenario-based exercises Adapt and localize existing training frameworks for the local market, ensuring relevance and impact Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and align learning initiatives with business priorities Collect and act on training feedback to continuously improve quality and engagement Take full ownership of assigned training projects — from planning through delivery — with the ability to work autonomously

What You Bring

7+ years in Learning & Development, training facilitation, or organizational development Proven ability to design and deliver training to diverse audiences Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and modern facilitation techniques Fluent English (spoken and written) Fluent Portuguese — must be able to deliver training in Portuguese Experience with gamification or engaging training delivery methods Self-starter mindset — you don’t wait for direction, you own your projects Comfortable in a dynamic, growing organization where priorities shift quickly
