RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES
● Executar a prospecção outbound, mapeando e abordando leads em segmentos B2B estratégicos por múltiplos canais;
● Qualificar e agendar reuniões com decisores e C-levels de grandes contas, atuando em ciclos de venda longos e consultivos;
● Realizar a análise de conta de forma detalhada antes de cada abordagem, compreendendo o contexto do cliente para personalizar a comunicação e gerar valor desde o primeiro contato;
● Gerenciar fluxos de cadência ativos com organização e disciplina, garantindo consistência e volume diário;
● Apoiar os executivos por meio da organização de informações, levantamento de dados estratégicos da conta e suporte na estruturação de propostas;
● Marcar presença em eventos de negócios para realizar prospecção presencial quando necessário, mantendo disponibilidade para deslocamentos eventuais.
REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES
● Experiência em prospecção outbound B2B e geração de demanda com foco em públicos de RH e DP, apresentando histórico de resultados comprovados;
● Conhecimento em metodologias estruturadas de qualificação, organização de cadências de prospecção e atuação com grandes contas;
● Apresentar habilidade para conciliar volume de negócios com alta qualidade nas abordagens, demonstrando resiliência profissional diante de ciclos de venda longos e consultivos;
● Disponibilidade para atuar no modelo híbrido em São Paulo/SP, sendo 2 dias presenciais.
Será um diferencial:
● Ter atuado no segmento de saúde ou gestão ocupacional;
● Possuir experiência no atendimento a grandes contas enterprise;
● Ter conhecimento em estratégias de Account-Based Marketing (ABM) e social selling;
● Disponibilidade para eventuais viagens e participação em eventos presenciais de negócios.
