Purpose:
Work on daily activities around Customer Success Management at Graphisoft. This aims to focus on proactive care, to ensure clients experience meaningful and well-timed interactions throughout their customer journey with Graphisoft.
Responsibilities:
Act as the internal go-to person for anything Customer Success Management related
Drive, plan, organize, lead and control the activities around Customer Success Management
Identify and introduce projects and actions that contribute to the Customer Success strategy
Plan, design and execute customer success initiatives
Align with global stakeholders
Manage, monitor, and report progress and performance
Define and track relevant KPIs
Analyze quantitative & qualitative data
Interpret data into meaningful, actionable insights
Deliver regular reports to stakeholders
Identify and report trending issues
Escalate roadblocks
Coordinate work between relevant teams and organizational units
Continuously improve processes for increased efficiency

Skills:
BSc/BA degree in Architecture, Engineering or Business Administration
High level understanding of the Graphisoft products and the BIM industry
Independent project management skills
High level presentation and training skills
Professional working proficiency in English language
