Sales Director - LATAM

AXG (Solowin Holdings)

Job Overview

AX Coin is the first and only licensed stablecoin issuer under the regulation of the Central Bank of Bahrain. We are seeking a sales-driven professional with Web3, blockchain, and crypto experience to accelerate adoption of stablecoins, DeFi, digital assets, and AI-enabled financial solutions. The role focuses on new business acquisitions, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships, with direct sales contributions expected. This is a hunter and relationship-driven sales role, accountable for ARR and business volume growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive net-new ARR and business volume by closing high-value enterprise and institutional deals.

2. Sell stablecoins, blockchain-based solutions, DeFi yield products, and AI-enabled financial infrastructure.

3. Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, corporates, PSPs, exchanges, and Web3 platforms.

4. Contribute to product positioning, AI integration, and commercial strategy.

5. Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, solution design, negotiation, and deal closure.

6. Maintain a CRM-driven pipeline with accurate forecasting, deal tracking, and execution planning.

7. Engage with regional ecosystems to expand market reach and adoption.

8. Achieve measurable ARR, transaction volume, and revenue growth targets.

 

Key Requirements

1. 7+ years in fintech, payments, blockchain, crypto, or Web3 sales, with proven record of new logo acquisition, revenue generation, and deal closure.

2. Existing senior-level network in banks, fintechs, corporates, PSPs, exchanges, or Web3/blockchain platforms.

3. Experienced in direct sales contributions and relationship-driven deal closure.

4. Hands-on with CRM, pipeline management, and forecast discipline.

5. Knowledgeable in stablecoins, DeFi, blockchain, crypto infrastructure, yield design, and AI-enabled solutions.

6. Results-driven, accountable for direct revenue and business growth.
