Salesforce Business Analyst With Cpq - Detalhes da Vaga. ● The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce ecosystem with hands-on exposure to CPQ processes, requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management. ●The candidate will work closely with business users, product owners, architects, and development teams to define scalable solutions and drive successful Salesforce CPQ implementations and enhancements. ●Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and transformation goals. ●
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement gathering meetings. ●
- Translate business requirements into:o User storieso Functional specificationso Process flowso Acceptance criteria
- Analyze current-state vs future-state business processes and recommend improvements. ●
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and release discussions. ●Salesforce CPQ Functional Expertise
- Work on Salesforce CPQ business processes including:o Product configurationo Pricing & discountingo Quote generationo Approval workflowso Contracting & renewalso Subscription management
- Support configuration discussions around:o Product ruleso Price ruleso Quote templateso Approval chainso Guided selling
- Collaborate with technical teams during CPQ solution implementation and enhancements. ●
- Validate business scenarios and ensure alignment with CPQ best practices. ●Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Act as a liaison between business teams, architects, developers, QA teams, and leadership. ●
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of requirements and project milestones. ●
- Support UAT execution, defect triaging, and business sign-offs. ●
- Provide user training, process documentation, and post-production support. ●Required Skills & ExpertiseSalesforce Expertise
- Strong understanding of:o Salesforce Sales Cloudo Salesforce CPQo Opportunity-to-Quote (O2Q) processeso Quote-to-Cash lifecycle
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities including:o Flowso Reports & Dashboardso Security & Sharingo Standard/custom objectsBusiness Analysis Skills
- Strong experience with:o Agile/Scrum methodologieso Requirement elicitationo Process mappingo User story creationo Functional documentationo UAT coordination
