Delivery Head - TECH Financial

We are looking for Delivey Head, as Senior executive responsible for the integrated leadership of strategic accounts and IT service delivery operations, ensuring operational excellence, sustainable growth, and value creation for clients. Acts as the primary executive point of contact (C-level), combining relationship strategy, financial management, and delivery of innovative technology solutions, with a focus on digital transformation and customer experience. In this role you will:
Define and execute the relationship strategy with strategic clients (C-level) ;
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation ;
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (NPS, CSS) ;
Manage delivery operations with a focus on cost, timelines, quality, and performance ;
Own P&L management, revenue, margins, forecasting, and financial growth ;
Identify and drive growth opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, new solutions) ;
Lead digital transformation, cloud, and technology modernization initiatives ;
Manage contracts, governance, and SLA/OLA compliance ;
Build and lead multidisciplinary teams (delivery, sales, architecture, support);
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans ;
Partner with commercial teams to expand business opportunities ;
Ensure alignment between client strategy and business objectives; And much better if you stand out for:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
Management of large strategic accounts (e.g., financial services sector) ;
Leadership of teams with 300+ professionals ;
Experience delivering IT services at scale in complex environments ;
Strong financial and operational management (P&L, TCV, revenue, KPIs) ;
