Technical Sales Specialist (Campinas)
Como assessor técnico de vendas, você irá assumir um papel com impacto direto nos resultados clínicos, atuando lado a lado com equipes médicas dentro do centro cirúrgico. Esta posição vai além do marketing tradicional, unindo conhecimento clínico, educação e atuação em campo para impulsionar a adoção de tecnologias avançadas. Se você se motiva em estar no ambiente cirúrgico e contribuir para a excelência dos procedimentos, esta é uma oportunidade única.
O que você fará:
Ministrar treinamentos clínicos em campo sobre equipamentos de endoscopia e visualização, com aproximadamente 80% do tempo em centro cirúrgico
Acompanhar cirurgias, orientando equipes médicas sobre o uso correto das tecnologias para garantir melhores resultados
Realizar treinamentos estruturados para equipes hospitalares no pós-venda, assegurando a correta utilização dos equipamentos
Apoiar o time comercial na identificação de oportunidades por meio da interação clínica com clientes
Desenvolver e manter relacionamento com stakeholders-chave em hospitais de Campinas e região
Planejar e executar agenda semanal de visitas e atividades de forma autônoma, alinhada a indicadores de desempenho
Participar de congressos médicos, eventos hospitalares e encontros científicos para promover educação e conscientização
Registrar atividades de campo, treinamentos e insights clínicos em ferramentas de reporte
O que você precisa:
Requisitos Obrigatórios:
Ensino superior completo em Enfermagem, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas
Experiência em centro cirúrgico
Experiência em acompanhamento ou suporte a procedimentos cirúrgicos
Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes - 70%
Conhecimento em Pacote Office
Requisitos Desejáveis:
Formação em Enfermagem com experiência em centro cirúrgico
Experiência com endoscopia ou equipamentos de visualização cirúrgica
Inglês em nível intermediário
