Copywriter (LATAM & The Caribbean)

BA Global Talent is seeking a remote Creative Strategist/Copywriter in Latin America and the Caribbean. You will help translate the client’s brand voice into high-performing ad copy and clear creative briefs. You will write copy for Meta campaigns, develop briefs using an existing photo and video asset library, and collaborate with marketing teams across social, email, web, retail, and other channels.

Responsibilities:

• Write on-brand copy for Meta ads, including hooks, headlines, and ad variations.

• Develop creative briefs using existing photo and video assets.

• Identify asset gaps that may require new production.

• Adapt messaging across social, email, web, retail, and other channels.

• Translate performance insights into creative and copy recommendations.

• Collaborate with designers, media buyers, strategists, and marketing teams.

• Manage multiple briefs, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in copywriting, creative strategy, advertising creative, or a closely related field.

• Experience writing performance-oriented advertising copy, ideally for Meta/Facebook/Instagram campaigns.

• Portfolio demonstrating both concise, conversion-focused advertising copy and longer-form brand or marketing content in English.

• Experience translating creative concepts, campaign objectives, or existing visual assets into structured creative briefs.

• Strong understanding of how messaging should adapt across different marketing channels and audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

• Ability to review audience insights and advertising performance findings and translate them into actionable creative recommendations.

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple briefs, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Excellent English written communication skills and strong attention to tone, messaging, grammar, and detail.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with designers, media buyers, marketers, and other cross-functional partners.

• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, audiences, creative needs, and stakeholder feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience with Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Word, Figma, Frame.io, or BrandFolder is a plus.

• Must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or the Caribbean.

Project-Based: October 2026 through January 2027, with the possibility of extension.

Time Zone: Flexible. Candidates must be able to maintain sufficient working-hour overlap with the client’s team and stakeholders.

Schedule: Part-Time
