About the Opportunity

Acts as a technical reference and Center of Excellence figure for AI adoption, combining deep hands-on expertise in AI solutions (LLMs, harness engineering, RAG, agent development) with a strong enablement and change management role. This person is expected to have the technical depth to design and validate AI solutions and to be seen as a credible technical authority by client teams - while also translating that expertise into training, coaching, and hands-on support that drives real adoption. In short: strong AI fundamentals paired with the soft skills and change management ability to embed AI into how client teams actually work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate AI solutions using LLMs, harness engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques, serving as a technical point of reference for client teams.

• Design and deliver training materials, courses, and workshops that teach client teams to build, use, and reason about AI solutions - not just how to use them superficially.

• Act as an embedded, hands-on reference for client teams, troubleshooting real AI implementation challenges and guiding technical decisions during adoption.

• Lead change management efforts tied to AI adoption, helping teams navigate new workflows, tools, and ways of working.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to identify AI application opportunities and translate them into accessible guidance without diluting technical accuracy.

• Monitor adoption progress and technical outcomes, gathering feedback to iterate on both solutions and enablement materials.

• Document AI solutions, enablement programs, and best practices.

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to drive engagement, credibility, and sustained AI adoption.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Strong programming experience (Python required) and solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.

• Proven hands-on experience with LLMs, harness engineering and RAG - able to build and debug real AI solutions, not just explain concepts.

• Experience with APIs, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; comfortable teaching and engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with change management practices and frameworks.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to be seen as a technical reference by client teams.

Nice to haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Certification or training in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).

• Experience with instructional design or curriculum development.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

• Contributions to open-source projects or publications in the AI field.
