SDR (Sales Development Representative) - Academia

Estamos buscando uma pessoa para atuar como SDR em uma operação do Grupo Kede, no Rio de Janeiro.
A pessoa selecionada fará parte do projeto de Academia de Especialista de CRM - WSI, recebendo uma formação estruturada para desenvolver conhecimentos em vendas, atendimento, CRM e processos comerciais.
Após a capacitação, atuará diretamente na operação do Grupo Kede, contribuindo para o atendimento, desenvolvimento e conversão das oportunidades comerciais da clínica.
Você terá acesso à Academia de Especialista de CRM - WSI.
Um dos diferenciais desta oportunidade é que a pessoa contratada participará do curso completo de vendas e CRM. A formação foi criada para preparar profissionais para atuar como SDRs Especialistas, combinando conhecimento comercial, prática de atendimento e domínio das ferramentas e processos utilizados na operação.
Durante a Academia, você terá contato com:
- Técnicas de vendas e abordagem comercial;
- Atendimento e comunicação com leads;
- Qualificação de oportunidades; CRM e gestão de pipeline;
- Funil de vendas; follow-up e acompanhamento de oportunidades;
- Processos e playbooks comerciais; indicadores e metas;
- Práticas e simulações de situações reais de atendimento e vendas.
A ideia é desenvolver você para que esteja preparado para atuar com segurança, conhecimento e estratégia na operação do cliente.
Requisitos
- Ensino médio completo;
- Experiência anterior com vendas, atendimento ao cliente, SDR ou área comercial;
- Conhecimento básico em CRM;
- Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
- Facilidade para utilizar WhatsApp e ferramentas digitais;
- Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office;
- Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial no Rio de Janeiro/RJ;
- Disponibilidade para participar da Academia de SDR WSI, incluindo treinamentos, capacitações e avaliações;
- Disponibilidade para atuação no modelo PJ.
Desejável
- Experiência como SDR;
- Experiência com vendas consultivas;
- Experiência com atendimento via WhatsApp;
- Experiência com CRM e gestão de pipeline;
- Experiência no segmento de saúde, clínicas ou serviços.
