Descrição da vaga
- Realizar prospecção ativa e qualificação de potenciais clientes por telefone, e-mail, LinkedIn e outros canais de outbound;
- Pesquisar empresas dentro do perfil de cliente ideal (ICP), identificando decisores e oportunidades de negócio;
- Investigar necessidades e desafios dos prospects e agendar reuniões qualificadas para o time de Vendas;
- Acompanhar os leads durante o processo de prospecção, mantendo informações e interações atualizadas no CRM (HubSpot);
- Desenvolver e otimizar cadências, abordagens e estratégias de prospecção, acompanhando os principais indicadores de performance;
- Atuar em conjunto com Vendas e Marketing em campanhas, eventos e outras iniciativas de geração de oportunidades;
- Híbrido.
Perfil desejado
- Experiência com prospecção outbound, BDR/SDR ou vendas consultivas B2B (de preferência em empresa de venda de tecnologia);
- Conhecimento de técnicas de prospecção, abordagem e qualificação de leads;
- Experiência com CRM e capacidade de pesquisar empresas, identificar decisores e interagir com diferentes interlocutores.
