Business Performance Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● The role combines business performance, operational oversight, financial control and stakeholder management, offering significant exposure to senior leadership and future growth opportunities within the broader global operations structure. ● Regular interaction with airport partners, suppliers and operating partners will be an important component of the position, as well as occasional travel within Brazil. ●Descrição- Monitor and analyze business performance across lounge operations in Brazil, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency and overall results. ●- Develop, manage and enhance reporting frameworks, KPIs and dashboards, providing actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions. ●- Partner closely with Finance on budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities, ensuring alignment between business performance and financial targets. ●- Track operational and financial metrics, proactively identifying performance gaps, risks and improvement opportunities. ●- Manage relationships with third-party operators, suppliers and service providers, ensuring compliance with SLAs, contractual obligations and performance expectations. ●- Support contract negotiations, vendor management and cost optimization initiatives across the Brazilian operation. ●- Prepare and deliver management reports, business reviews, presentations and documentation required by local leadership, airports and global stakeholders. ●- Act as a liaison between local operations, Finance, commercial teams, airports and global leadership, ensuring effective communication and alignment of priorities. ●- Support audits, operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. ●- Assist senior leadership with business development activities, new opportunities and strategic projects related to the growth of the Brazilian operation. ●Perfil desejável- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business recommendations. ● Process-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ●- Experience in business planning, performance management, business intelligence, FP&A or operational analysis. ●- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build effective relationships across local and international teams. ● Commercial awareness combined with solid financial acumen. ●- Self-starter with a hands-on attitude and strong sense of ownership. ●- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities. ● English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international stakeholders, participate in meetings and prepare reports. ●O que está sendo ofertadoBenefits compatible with the market. ●Work from anywhere, 8 weeks in the year. ●.
