Regional Business Leader ( Us & Canada) - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role is best suited for a Program Director / Senior Project Director from an EPC background, who can manage multiple projects, build teams. ●Key Responsibilities1. ● Program & Project Delivery (Core)Lead multiple transmission line projects (EPC or EPC-like) across the USTake full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, and HSE performanceBuild and implement a program-level project management system2. ● Client & Market EngagementSupport key client relationships (TSOs, IOUs, large energy users)Contribute to project acquisition through technical and delivery credibilityTranslate client needs into actionable project execution plans3. ● Team Building & LeadershipBuild and lead the US project delivery and engineering teamDrive collaboration between local teams and global HQ (design & technology)Develop a high-performance, execution-focused culture4. ● Execution & Delivery ExcellenceEnsure successful delivery of lighthouse projects in the US marketDrive continuous improvement in project execution processesDeliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standardsQualificationsProven experience in EPC companies (power transmission preferred)Background as Program Director / Project Director / Senior PM managing multiple projectsStrong track record of end-to-end project deliveryExperience working with US utilities (TSO / IOU) is highly preferredDemonstrated ability to build teams and drive executionStrong communication skills with client-facing capability.
