About the Company
A rapidly growing US fintech SaaS company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Brazil to help scale a market-leading platform used within the alternative investments sector.
The business has experienced significant year-on-year growth and continues to expand its engineering team following multiple industry awards and increasing demand for its platform.
Their technology streamlines and digitises complex onboarding, transaction, and reporting workflows for investment firms and service providers. The platform connects stakeholders through a modern, collaborative ecosystem designed to reduce operational friction and improve efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading technical delivery across major product initiatives
- Designing and building scalable backend APIs using Ruby on Rails
- Developing modern frontend applications with React.Js
- Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to solve real user problems
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the full stack
- Contributing to ongoing product and platform improvements
What They're Looking For
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong commercial experience with Ruby on Rails and React.Js
- Comfortable working across the full stack in a product-focused environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to technical discussions
- Passion for building high-quality software and delivering value to users
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
