Key Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of solutions focused on providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Translate business requirements into clear and effective technical solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance robust, scalable backend applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Promote software quality through best practices, clean architecture, and maintainable code.

Required Technical Skills

• 5–6 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience developing backend systems using Java 8+ and Spring Boot .
• Proven experience working with Microservices Architecture .
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases .
• Experience using GitFlow or other code branching and version control strategies.
• Strong understanding and application of Clean Code principles.
• Experience producing and maintaining technical solution documentation.
• Comfortable working with technical documentation in English.
• Knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies .

Soft Skills

• Portuguese language proficiency at B2 level or above .
• English language proficiency at B2 level or above .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
