Creative Project Analyst - Detalhes da Vaga. ● É responsável por gerenciar a entrada, o balanceamento e a entrega pontual de todas as solicitações criativas por meio de plataformas tecnológicas (Workfront). ● Requer um perfil com alta inteligência emocional, organização rigorosa e forte orientação para atendimento ao cliente. ●Responsabilidades- Balanceamento contínuo das demandas e cargas de trabalho criativas. ●- Monitoramento da capacidade e disponibilidade da equipe. ●- Coordenação de projetos, desde o recebimento do briefing até a entrega final. ●- Elaboração de estimativas de projetos e acompanhamento orçamentário. ●- Controle financeiro do faturamento e da cobrança mensal. ●- Gestão de fornecedores e parceiros. ●Requisitos- Experiência comprovada na gestão de tráfego/fluxo de trabalho em agências de publicidade ou estúdios criativos internos (in-house). ●- Graduação em Administração de Empresas, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas correlatas. ●- Inglês e espanhol em nível intermediário são desejáveis. ●- Experiência obrigatória com ferramentas corporativas de Gestão de Projetos (por exemplo: Workfront, Asana, Monday. ●Com ou ClickUp). ●#LI-Hybrid.
