Sales Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● The Sales Manager will own overall sales performance, ensuring the development of a robust pipeline, accurate forecasting, and consistent delivery of results. ●Leading the commercial function, this professional will define the sales strategy, structure the sales model, and foster a culture of accountability and high performance within the team. ● The role also includes team management, process optimisation, and strengthening a results-driven environment. ●The position aims to increase share of wallet, strengthen partnerships, and generate long-term commercial value. ●Key responsibilities- Manage relationships with the organisation''s largest and most strategic clients (key accounts)- Develop long-term (multi-year) account plans and revenue growth strategies- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion initiatives across the strategic client portfolio- Lead complex, high-value negotiations, including contracts and partnerships- Ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction, particularly at C-level- Identify new partnership models and customised commercial opportunities- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, FinOps and Content teams to ensure high-quality delivery to key clientsRequirements & qualifications- Strong experience in senior B2B sales roles, with a focus on enterprise/key account management- Proven track record in managing and expanding complex, high-value client portfolios through consultative selling- Solid experience in long-term contract renewals and increasing share of wallet- Consistent achievement and overperformance of revenue targets in consultative or strategic sales environments- Experience building relationships with senior executives (C-level) in global organisations- Strong expertise in consultative sales and strategic partnership development- Strong market awareness and ability to identify new commercial opportunities in key sectors- Experience selling exhibition space, sponsorships, or integrated marketing solutions- Fluent English (mandatory)Nice to have- Experience leading teams focused on consultative solutions- Strong relationship management skills, with active listening capabilities- Knowledge or experience in the Education sector- Experience using CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce)Success metrics- Consistent overachievement of sales targets- Significant growth in share of wallet across key Bett Brasil clients- High retention rates among top-investing clientsProfile- Transformation mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo- Positive attitude towards change- Strong collaboration mindset- Open to new ideas, with a humble and low-ego approach- Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of challenges- Driven by challenges and high performanceCompensation & Benefits- Fixed salary + annual bonus- Meal allowance, transport allowance or parking- Private health insurance- Life insurance- Wellhub (Gympass)Working model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
