We are seeking a full time Host Family Coordinator to join our team as soon as possible.

Ideal candidate is already based in Malta, has a clean driving license, and is familiar with driving around the Island. Familiarity with the Language School industry is a plus.

In this role you will be a vital part of the Host Family team. You will actively help the team to recruit and retain the Host Family team in Malta.

This is a hands-on, can-do, no-day-is-the-same role in which you will have a chance to drive around the island in an EF provided car, checking up on potential host families, and liaising with current families and students.

Responsibilities

Maintenance of related paperwork and database records within the Host Family department
Following up on students’ and host families' feedback
Returning phone calls in timely manner
Customer care for Host family phone calls & enquiries
Visiting all Host Families – existing and new – as well as updating their respective profiles and helping with MTA licenses
Be proactive in sourcing of host families, retaining current host families, and representing EF School during visits.

Personal Skills

Achiever, who likes to make things happen, and thrives in fast-paced environment
Able to remain calm under pressure
Ideal candidate will have some sales & telemarketing skills
Professional when dealing with requests over the phone, as well as during in-person visits
Organised, with eye for detail, and a self-starter who can work independently
Complete fluency in both Maltese and English is a must, international experience is a plus
Responsible and friendly, outgoing and approachable
A great team player who will go the extra mile to help the team
