Supply & Demand Planning Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● We combine science-backed products, exceptional customer experiences, and operational excellence to build a modern consumer brand focused on long-term growth. ●At Hydroh, we''re advancing the future of hydration by making high-quality, research-backed products accessible to consumers worldwide. ● Our team thrives on innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement, empowering people to perform at their best every day. ●Role DescriptionHydroh is seeking an experienced Supply & Demand Planning Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end planning processes. ● This full-time remote role is responsible for ensuring the right inventory is available at the right time while balancing customer service, inventory investment, and cash flow objectives. ●The successful candidate will develop SKU-level demand forecasts, translate forecasts into purchasing and production plans, optimize inventory levels, and lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. ● This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to align business priorities and support Hydroh''s continued growth. ●Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). ●- Proven experience building accurate demand forecasts and managing inventory across multiple products and sales channels. ●- Strong understanding of inventory optimization, purchasing, replenishment planning, production scheduling, and supply planning. ●- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. ●- Experience leading or participating in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. ●- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP or planning systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar is highly preferred. ●- Experience developing dashboards and reporting to monitor forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and operational KPIs. ●- Demonstrated success driving business process improvements and implementing planning best practices. ●- Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), nutritional supplements, health & wellness, FMCG, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or subscription-based businesses is highly preferred. ●- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a remote environment. ●- Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. ● APICS/CPIM or similar supply chain certifications are a plus. ●.
