FSP Clinical Trial Coordinator

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Clinical Trial Coordinator to support administrative and technical functions across assigned clinical trials. The role involves file management, site activation coordination, regulatory compliance documentation, and system support for a global CRO serving pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee assigned trial activities including file reviews and audit readiness documentation
- Provide administrative support for site activation, critical path development, and site selection feasibility
- Manage clinical trial documents, eTMF submissions, and Investigator Site File distribution to sites
- Analyze study metrics, reconcile findings, and assist with regulatory compliance packages
- Support scheduling, vendor tracking, and real-time communication logging with investigator sites
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0–1 year relevant experience in clinical operations or related field
- Knowledge of clinical trial SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Proficiency with eTMF and CTMS systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
