Job scope

Analyze industrial applications and recommend sealing solutions, considering pressure, temperature, fluid compatibility, equipment criticality and operating conditions.

Provide technical support to customers, distributors and the commercial team — both in person and remotely — including failure investigation, diagnostics and recommendations.

Deliver technical presentations, training sessions and roadshows for customers, distributors and internal teams.

Conduct technical visits in Brazil and Latin America, performing field assessments and identifying improvement opportunities.

Support commercial proposals, specifications and technical comparisons.

Maintain constant interaction with the technical base in the United Kingdom for training, product support and knowledge development.

Participate in cross-functional teams and represent the company in industrial association forums and seminars.

Requirements

Technical or higher education degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials, Chemical, Production, Petroleum or related fields.

Experience in application engineering, technical support, field engineering, technical sales or related industrial roles.

Experience with technical industrial products, preferably seals, gaskets, packing, elastomers, rotating equipment, mechanical components or oil & gas applications.

Advanced to fluent English for training, meetings and frequent interaction with UK-based teams.

AutoCAD proficiency (or equivalent). Ability to read, create and interpret technical drawings.

Availability for national and international travel.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desired profile

Communicative, consultative and comfortable presenting to different audiences. This role bridges technology and sales — it is not a purely engineering or R&D position.

Practical/hands-on engineering skills, whether acquired professionally or personally.

Experience in one or more of: valves, upstream/midstream oil & gas, metallurgical, hydroelectric or wind energy.

Knowledge of sealing products, non-metallic materials or polymer engineering.

Analytical mindset, autonomy and technical curiosity.

Permanent employment contract.

São Bernardo do Campo/SP: hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 remote). Rio de Janeiro/RJ or Macaé/RJ: 100% remote.

Travel includes training in the UK and customer visits in Brazil and Latin America.
