Support Engineer

We are looking for a Support Engineer .

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Regulatory Operations, IT Security, QA, Validation) to meet compliance and audit readiness.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, user manuals, knowledge base articles, and incident logs.
  • Participate in validation testing (IQ/OQ/PQ) and periodic system reviews within GxP-regulated environments.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patch testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to support uninterrupted business operations.
  • Proactively identify and drive opportunities for process automation, system optimization, and user experience enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot critical production issues, including system unavailability and data integrity problems, and propose resolutions or workarounds.
  • Replicate and diagnose issues using industry-standard tools and techniques (e.g., FTP, Postman, AWS tools), and propose solutions or workarounds.
  • Provide end-to-end support (L1–L3) for Veeva RIM and Veeva SafetyDocs platforms, including issue diagnosis, resolution tracking, and proactive system monitoring.

Platform & Tool Responsibilities:

  • Veeva API: Collaborate with the BOT development team to provide Veeva RIM API endpoints to support automation and system integration.
  • Learning Management: Contribute to the setup of the Veeva RIM Training module within the eLMS Quality Suite, enabling streamlined training compliance tracking.
  • PleaseReview: Serve as a technical point of contact for both standalone and Veeva-integrated PleaseReview applications, managing user access, configuration, performance optimization, and license management.
  • ISI Toolbox: Support the setup and maintenance of ISI Toolbox, ensuring proper installation, patching, and integration with internal systems.
  • Lorenz docuBridge: Manage the full lifecycle, including user provisioning and license management.
  • Lorenz iSubmit: Support installation, configuration, and issue resolution, ensuring compliance with internal and external submission standards.
  • Word Templates: Configure and support the Starting Point Template application used in regulatory document workflows.
  • iLovePDF: Install, configure, and troubleshoot iLovePDF and similar tools for high-volume regulatory document processing.
  • ServiceNow: Manage requests, incidents, and escalations, driving them through to resolution.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Fluent English.
  • Experience in the life sciences and healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and validation processes in regulated environments.
  • Strong technical skills in configuration and issue resolution within Windows-based enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and request/incident/change management processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with documentation tools and version control systems is a plus.
