Senior Backend Engineer (Founding Team)

Estamos buscando uma pessoa Engenheira Backend / Plataforma Sênior para assumir as fundações de backend e cloud de um produto em fase de pilotos com clientes reais.
Você irá construir os sistemas que ingerem dados vindos de dispositivos instalados em lojas físicas, processam áudios, transcrições, metadados e insights gerados por IA, e sustentam a experiência de produto usada pelos clientes.
Esta é uma posição hands-on, com alto nível de ownership, para alguém capaz de ajudar a transformar um produto em piloto em uma plataforma confiável, observável, segura e escalável.
O que você fará
- Assumir a responsabilidade por serviços backend, APIs, infraestrutura cloud e fluxos centrais de dados.
- Construir pipelines de ingestão e processamento para dados de dispositivos edge, áudios, transcrições e saídas de IA.
- Desenhar modelos de armazenamento e dados para conversas, arquivos brutos, metadados e insights.
- Melhorar observabilidade, deploys, CI/CD, automação de infraestrutura e confiabilidade em produção.
- Construir boas fundações para autenticação, autorização, acesso a dados e segurança.
- Trabalhar próximo a produto, edge/IoT e IA para entregar um MVP robusto.
O que buscamos
- Forte experiência construindo e operando sistemas backend em produção.
- Forte experiência com cloud, como AWS, GCP, Azure ou similares.
- Experiência com APIs, bancos de dados, object storage, filas, workers e fluxos assíncronos.
- Bons instintos de confiabilidade, observabilidade, segurança e arquitetura pragmática.
- Conforto para trabalhar em um ambiente early-stage, com ambiguidade, velocidade e alto ownership.
Diferenciais
Experiência com IoT, dispositivos edge, pipelines de áudio/vídeo, processamento de IA/ML, produtos de dados, B2B SaaS, sistemas multi-tenant ou dados sensíveis à privacidade.
