Sr Media Manager

The position will be responsible for leading the end‑to‑end media agenda for high‑priority brands, connecting strategy, execution, performance, agencies, platforms and business impact. It requires strong seniority, strategic vision, operational excellence, stakeholder management and the ability to orchestrate multiple partners and touchpoints in an increasingly complex media ecosystem.

• Lead and manage the end‑to‑end media strategy, connecting all key touchpoints, including influencers, retail media, SEO and HCP, to drive integrated and impactful campaigns.
• Define and execute tactical media plans in close partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand priorities.
• Oversee media performance, including working media (WM), platform efficiency and KPIs, driving continuous optimization and performance improvements across campaigns.
• Lead and manage agency relationships, ensuring strong governance, seamless integration and excellence in delivery across partners.
• Drive strategic collaboration across internal functions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and maximizing impact across channels and campaigns.
• Lead and develop team capabilities, fostering a high‑performance culture and supporting talent growth within the media function.
• Manage a high‑impact media portfolio, including leading brands such as Dorflex and Enterogermina, as well as global and local brands, overseeing significant investment levels and a complex agency ecosystem to drive performance, growth and business impact.

• Experience: Proven experience in media strategy and management within complex environments, including handling significant media investments, multiple campaigns, and both local and global stakeholders.
• Skills: Strong understanding of the media ecosystem (digital, performance, influencers, retail media) combined with analytical and optimization capabilities, paired with strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, as well as strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication skills and a results‑driven, high‑ownership mindset to operate effectively in complex environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields, preferably with a focus on Marketing.
• Languages: Advanced English required to interact with global stakeholders.
