Merchant Business Analyst - Detalhes da Vaga. ● ), identify growth bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to local leadership. ●Operational Optimization: Design and refine operational workflows for the marketplace (Supply/Demand balance) to improve delivery efficiency and user experience. ●Data Management: Build data dashboards and use SQL/Excel to track campaign performance. ●Project Management: Lead end-to-end operational projects. ●Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between local sales teams, global product teams, and etc. ●Merchant & Campaign Management:Develop strategies to improve merchant quality and design promotional activities that maximize platform efficiency. ●RequirementsIndustry Experience: Minimum of 310 years of professional experience, ideally in the Food Delivery or E-commerce sectors. ●Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in data tools (Excel is a must; SQL, Tableau, or Pythonis highly preferred). ● You should be comfortable turning raw data into a narrative. ●Business Acumen: Ability to understand complex business models and market dynamics in the local region. ●Execution & Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced, /"startup/" environment. ●Soft Skills: Strong cross-departmental communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multicultural teams across different time zones. ●Language: Fluency in English and the local language (e. ●G. ●, Portuguese) is required. ● Mandarin is a significant plus. ●.
