- Experiência consolidada em desenvolvimento de software, com atuação real liderando squads técnicas
- Java no backend e React no frontend, com atuação fullstack de verdade
- Docker e conteinerização; experiência de deploy e operação em Azure
- Banco relacional com profundidade: modelagem, performance, migração
- Banco não relacional , sabendo justificar quando usar um e quando usar o outro
- Processamento Assincrono RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS, Kafka
- Desenvolvimento assistido por IA como prática de trabalho : uso diário de Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor ou equivalentes, com discernimento sobre onde a ferramenta acelera e onde ela atrapalha. Aqui isso não é diferencial nem curiosidade — é como o time entrega no prazo que temos
- Integração com APIs de terceiros, incluindo desenho de camada de anticorrupção para contratos instáveis
- Comunicação madura para sustentar decisão técnica diante do cliente

- Liderar tecnicamente a squad: padrões, code review, qualidade e ritmo de entrega
- Escrever código — aqui o lead constrói junto, não só orienta
- Definir como o time desenvolve com IA: ferramentas, práticas de revisão do que a IA produz e onde ela não deve ser usada
- Ser o interlocutor técnico com o parceiro de integração externo, antecipando e gerenciando o risco de dependência
- Definir a estratégia de conteinerização, deploy, observabilidade e infraestrutura como código no Azure
- Traduzir restrição técnica em decisão de produto junto com PO e design — e vice-versa
- Elevar o time: mentoria, pareamento e disseminação de contexto
