Missão do Cargo:
Construir e fortalecer a comunidade de clientes do My Smart Clinic por meio de educação, comunicação de produto e iniciativas de engajamento, acelerando ativação, adoção de funcionalidades, retenção e expansão da base. Atuará dentro da área de Marketing, com interface direta com Customer Success, Produto e Comercial, garantindo que clientes e equipes tenham acesso aos conteúdos certos, no momento certo, para gerar valor contínuo com a plataforma. Principais Responsabilidades:
Educação e jornada do cliente
Produção de conteúdo educacional
Comunicação de produto
Comunidade e engajamento
Inteligência e performance
Indicadores de Sucesso Perfil da posição:
Estratégico e operacional;
Comunicativo e com boa presença;
Organizado e com senso de prioridade;
Relacional e conectado com pessoas;
Mão na massa e orientado a resultados;
Que goste de aparecer, se comunicar e representar a marca. Nível: Pleno ou Sênior Formação:
Relações Públicas;

Publicidade e Propaganda;
