岗位职责:

1. Business Support: Partner with Keeta Brazil business teams to assess the financial impact of business activities in accordance with local accounting standards (BR GAAP / IFRS) and compliance requirements. Design and deliver financial solutions to support business growth and commercial decision-making. 2. Local Accounting: Develop a deep understanding of Brazil's financial compliance framework. Ensure accurate and compliant bookkeeping of local financial transactions. 3. Finance Digitalization: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive finance informatization initiatives, including online billing and settlement, automated accounting entries, business-finance data reconciliation, and financial system upgrades. 4. Process Optimization: Lead process reviews to improve finance operations efficiency and accuracy. Identify workflow bottlenecks and redundancies. Actively explore and apply AI tools (LLM-assisted solution writing, automated reconciliation, anomaly detection, etc.) to enhance finance operational effectiveness. 5. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with other finance teams to support business needs and other assigned tasks. 1. 业务支持：负责对接 Keeta 巴西业务需求，结合巴西当地会计准则（BR GAAP / IFRS）及合规要求，识别和判断业务活动对财务的影响，出具相应的财务方案，为业务部门的发展及商业决策提供积极的财务支持。 2. 本地化核算落地：深入理解巴西财务合规体系，负责账务处理的合规落地，确保账务准确。 3. 财务信息化建设：结合对业务场景及业财系统的深入理解，与各方产研配合推进财务信息化建设，包括业务场景的线上计费结算、线上化传账及业财数据校验、财务系统优化升级等。 4. 业财流程优化：通过专项梳理推进财务运营流程、信息化进程等优化，发现并解决各类财务问题，提高财务运营的效率和准确性；识别流程断点与冗余，积极探索并应用 AI 工具（大模型辅助方案撰写、自动化对账、异常检测等）提升财务运营效能。 5. 跨部门协调：与财务其他团队积极协调，完成业务支持及其他指定任务。

岗位要求:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields; 5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience; prior experience in accounting operations and financial system integration is preferred. 2. Background in a public accounting firm (Big 4 or reputable local firm) and/or finance roles at an internet/technology company (in-house). Candidates with both backgrounds are strongly preferred. 3. Familiarity with Brazilian accounting standards (BR GAAP / IFRS), local bookkeeping practices, and Brazil's tax invoice system (NF-e, NFS-e, etc.) is a strong plus. 4. Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work effectively with business stakeholders. Excellent analytical and logical thinking; detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player with a service mindset. 5. Able to use both English and Portuguese as daily working languages. 6. Passionate about AI — enthusiastic and curious about how AI can reshape finance workflows. 1. 本科及以上学历，会计、经济、管理类等相关专业，5 年及以上财会相关工作经验；具备账务核算及财务系统对接实操经验者优先。 2. 具备事务所（Big 4 或知名本地所）从业经历，或具有互联网/科技公司财务甲方背景，兼具两类背景者优先。 3. 熟悉巴西当地会计准则（BR GAAP / IFRS）、账务处理流程及财税凭证体系（NF-e、NFS-e 等）者优先。 4. 具备较强的沟通能力、协调能力，能和业务线对接；具备优秀的逻辑思维和分析能力，工作认真细心、责任心强，具有良好的团队协作精神和服务意识。 5. 能够以英文和葡萄牙语作为日常工作沟通语言。 6. 热爱并拥抱 AI，对 AI 如何重塑财务工作方式保持热情与好奇心。
