Mission Overview
As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for advancing Epiroc's business expansion in Brazil by ensuring that every product line achieves its fullest market potential. Collaborating closely with Business Line Managers, you will develop and enhance the sales organization’s technical and commercial competencies and effectively manage sales territories. Your leadership will be key in guiding your team to conceptualize and execute customer‑centric sales activities that foster lasting relationships and business success.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement structured sales processes with both Direct Sales Representatives and Distributors to optimize market coverage and sales effectiveness.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop detailed visit plans, itineraries, and travel schedules aligned with strategic goals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by providing accurate technical and commercial guidance.
- Engage in client meetings alongside sales personnel to negotiate deals, understand technical specifications, resolve challenges, and address relevant commercial topics.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales staff and representatives, focusing on technical knowledge, product innovations, and new line launches to sustain competitive advantage.
- Optimize sales activities to enhance accuracy and team performance, promoting continuous improvement and high productivity.
- Manage all client budget proposals, quotations, and commercial and technical communications with utmost precision.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to evaluate negotiations, reports, expenditures, market conditions, competitive landscape, and share critical insights.
- Lead the preparation and monitoring of individual sales budgets and the overall budget for your area of responsibility.
- Oversee territory management by balancing sales potential, achieved sales volumes, and customer coverage to maximize business opportunities.
Required Competences, Skills, and Experience
- Completed bachelor education degree.
- Advanced courses in Marketing and Sales Negotiation is preferred.
- Advanced to Fluent in English to engage effectively with diverse teams and international stakeholders.
- Strong technical and commercial expertise related to mining and construction equipment industries.
- Experience in the mining industry.
- Experience with Epiroc equipment or competitors' equipment.
- Demonstrated experience working in commercial/business development roles and in management positions.
