Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role combines financial planning & analysis with hands-on operational finance support, including accounting journal entries, invoicing, and managing payables and receivables. ● The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience with SaaS metrics, and the ability to work cross-functionally, culturally in a fast-paced environment. ● Financial Planning & AnalysisDevelop, maintain, and enhance financial models for forecasting revenue, expenses, and cash flow. ●Track and analyze key SaaS KPIs such as MRR, ARR, churn, retention, CAC, LTV, and gross margin. ●Perform variance analysis against budget and forecasts, identifying performance drivers. ●Accounting & Operational FinanceSupport monthly and quarterly accounting close by preparing and reviewing journal ledger entries. ●Assist with invoice preparation and processing for customers and vendors. ●Manage accounts payable: verify vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and reconcile accounts. ●Manage accounts receivable: monitor collections, follow up on overdue accounts, and update AR aging reports. ●Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. ●Collaborate with external accountants/auditors to support statutory and compliance requirements. ●Business Partnering & ReportingWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to assess the financial impact of initiatives. ●Provide monthly and quarterly financial reports for management, the board, and investors. ●Build dashboards to monitor financial and operational performance. ●Strategic ProjectsSupport fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials and assisting with financial due diligence. ●Participate in scenario planning, cost optimization initiatives, and other strategic projects. ●QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA a plus). ● Fluent in English. ●2–5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial operations (SaaS experience preferred). ●Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription metrics (plus). ●Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Linear). ●Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e. ●G. ●, Odoo, QuickBooks, Stripe). ●Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data. ●Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with shifting priorities. ●.
