Consultor De Higiene Oral - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Key ResponsibilitiesConduct technical-scientific visits to dentists to promote oral hygiene and professional lines. ●Manage direct sales of personalized/electric toothbrushes and professional products in dental offices. ●Develop strategic partnerships with the assigned dentist base to increase prescription rates and coupon redemptions. ●Analyze territory data, generate field reports, and apply a Business Mindset to transform the area. ●Visit partner pharmacies to boost demand and support lower-performing points of sale. ●Meet established daily/monthly visitation metrics and direct sales goals. ●Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Dentistry, or related fields. ●Experience: Commercial experience in sales, customer service, demand generation, or dental segment management (highly desirable). ●Technical Skills: Intermediate MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel and Google Sheets are mandatory). ●Language: Basic to Intermediate English. ●Other Requirements: Must reside in one of the cities within the covered territory, and hold a valid driver''s license. ●Coverage Area: Dedicated focus on the Ipanema, Leblon, Copacabana, and Gávea zones. ●Travel: Up to 25% of the territory. ●Core CompetenciesLeadership: Teamwork, Conflict Resolution, Emotional Intelligence. ●Functional: Analytical Thinking, Strategic Vision, Customer Focus. ●.
