- Strategic Key Account Acquisition: Lead strategic expansion efforts withAutomotive OEMs and large Dealer Groups; personally engage in keynegotiations to establish benchmark case studies. ●
- Market Entry Strategy (GTM): Develop differentiated market entry strategies,pricing models, and partner ecosystem plans tailored to diverse culturalmarkets. ●
- Revenue Target Achievement: Own global revenue targets and profit margins; monitor sales funnels, optimize conversion paths, and ensure achievementof annual financial KPIs2. ● Global Operations System Setup & Management
- Cross-Border Team Leadership: Directly manage Country Managers inSingapore, Malaysia, Australia, Brazil, and Mexico; establish efficientreporting mechanisms and performance appraisal systems (OKR/KPI). ●
- Standardization & Replication: Distill successful experiences intostandardized Operating Procedures (SOPs) and rapidly replicate them in newmarkets to shorten launch cycles. ●
